Your dashboard, section by section

Here's exactly what you'll see when you log in — top to bottom, in the order it actually appears. No guesswork about what you're signing up for.

1. Your account status

A status pill at the very top — Active or Paused — plus a plain-English note underneath it whenever something needs your attention: a payment due in the next few days, or a note if your account's been paused. Nothing hidden in a billing tab you'd only find by accident.

2. Your numbers, at a glance

Five figures across the top: conversations (your most recent 50), total leads captured, your completion rate, and how many conversations visitors have marked helpful versus unhelpful — Estelle asks at the end of a chat that doesn't turn into a lead, so you get a signal even when someone doesn't leave their details.

3. See exactly when leads land

Three charts, all built from your real lead timestamps: every lead from the last 7 days plotted at the exact time of day it came in (colour-coded hot, medium, cold, or general enquiry), the average time of day leads have arrived each week for the last 8 weeks, and the same again by month for the last 6 months. All three shade your actual opening hours — set in Widget settings — so the out-of-hours pattern in your own data is obvious rather than assumed. The "this week" chart also shows what percentage of that week's leads came in outside your hours.

4. Know exactly where visitors drop off

Every conversation is tracked through the same five stages, built from your last 300 conversations — so it's obvious where people are leaving rather than just knowing your overall completion rate.

5. Recent leads

The main table — every lead, most recent first, with columns for score, name, intent, phone, email, status, flags, source page, and how long ago it came in. Search by name, phone, or email; filter by intent, score, or status; tick "needs follow-up only" to see just the ones that need chasing; click any column heading to sort by it; and export whatever you're currently looking at to a CSV.

Move a lead through its own pipeline

The Status column is an editable dropdown right in the table — change it as you work a lead, no separate screen needed.

Flags on every lead

Several flags can appear on a lead: Outside area (Estelle's best guess that it's outside your patch — worth a quick check, not a hard rule), Repeat enquiry (their phone or email matches someone who's enquired before), Not delivered (the notification email failed to send — so a delivery problem can't quietly go unnoticed), Needs follow-up (still marked "New" an hour after coming in if it's hot, or a day after for anything else), and, if you've switched on property matching, a green property tag naming the exact listing a buyer or tenant picked in chat.

Know where a lead came from

Each lead shows which page on your own site the conversation started on — so if a particular listing or landing page is quietly driving most of your enquiries, you'll actually see it.

6. Your embed snippet

Right at the bottom of the page — the one script tag that puts Estelle on your site. It's always there, so if you ever need to reinstall her (a site rebuild, a new page) you don't have to go digging through settings to find it again.

Take it with you

Both your dashboard and the widget settings page can be installed straight to a phone or desktop home screen as a proper app icon, so checking your leads doesn't mean digging through a browser tab every time — while still working exactly the same way through the website if you'd rather use it there.
